Last week in Harry Potter, we read about Hagrid's new pet. A dragon! He was so excited but everyone else thought he was a little crazy. Who would want a fire breathing dragon as a pet???? Harry and Hermoine were trying to help Hagrid get rid of Norbert, but ended up getting in trouble. Neville and Malfoy got in trouble too! I hope their punishment isn't too bad!

I think if I went to Hogwarts, I would want an owl as my pet. Hedwig is so helpful to Harry! Since owls are used as the post, it would make it very easy for me to stay in touch with my family while I am away from them at school. Also, I think owls are very beautiful and smart creatures. What do you think?

I would want a dragon to protect me from any bad things. However, I might get in trouble because having dragons is illegal. If anyone found out, I'd be in so much trouble. Dragons can be great companions. However, they require training, which would be hard.

I would chose to have a dragon for a pet becasue it can protect me with blowing fire. I would also have a pet dragon because they are cool. But if I had a dragon for a pet where would I keep it. I could probuly keep it in my garage but that wouldn't work.In the book dragons are a big thing. That is why I picked them. M.T.
I think dragon because i love them but they can fly too it fun. But the best thing is about dragon when you go for a camping trip and you cannot put on the fire and you tell your dragon to blow fire and to can eat stuff like fish.Just to tell you that dragon are cool. When your dragon grows up you can travel all over the world in 1 day it will be fun. But if you have a dragon where would i keep him or her? Well i know i will tell my dragon to dig a big hole and put a secret base then i can visit him.But it will take along time to do it.So i put him to a place that is huge then i can visit him.I will bring him food and water to drink.I love dragon that why i chose dragon.

I would have a dragon because they can fiy but I would have to let him or her go. I think the dragon should go with his family. he or her should go and sleep in a cave with his family. or I could keep him or her.

If I was a wizard I would want a owl. I would want that because then I could send a letter to anybody I wanted to. I would wonder if my owl new where the presient lived. Maybe I would try to train my owl how to flip in the air.my owl would be protective to me because I would train it to be fast. Faster than any animal on the planet.

I'll like to have a dragon as a pet because they can blow out fire and thats cool. I would also like to have a dragon as a pet because they can protect me from any other people or animals. Also I'll dislike to have a dragon because when they get really big what are you going to do with it.

If I went to Hogwarts i would want my pet to be an owl. I would want it because you can send messages with it. They also aremt illeagl like dragons. Owls are not old fashioned like toads. The last reason I would want a owl is because it is nocternal and could travel at night.

I choose dragon because I like them . They can dilver mailbut sometimes it could burn it uuuuuh. Also he could protect me from danger. I could train him to be good not evil which would be fun. Inclueding we could have races me on the broom and him flying.thats why a dragon is the pet for me.
